We take customer service very seriously and are happy to hear from any of our customers with concerns about the service we provide or any of our products.

Shipping Policy

We ship all our cufflinks from stock we hold. However sudden demand may mean we run out of stock in particular items, in cases such as those we will let you know and inform you of the expected shipping date.

We aim to dispatch orders by the next working days. However there may be rare occasions where it may take longer e.g. adverse weather conditions

For orders from the UK we dispatch via UK first class mail which usually takes 1-3 working days. Internationally we ship via the Post Office�s airmail service.

Should you not receive your order within 10 days of dispatch please inform us.

Return Policy

We hope you are always happy with our products, however should you not be we are happy to offer a full refund of payment made to us - No Questions Asked - provided the item is returned within 7 Days of receipt.
